Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 9, 2026
This policy describes what data Dripome collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what the product needs to run your campaigns, and your data is never sold.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and password credentials when you create an account.
- Campaign data: the campaigns, sequences, prospect lists, and settings you create inside Dripome.
- Usage data: execution logs, queue activity, and basic analytics that keep your campaigns observable and within safety limits.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. Dripome never stores your full card details.
Chrome extension
- The Dripome Chrome extension exists for a single purpose: executing the LinkedIn outreach campaigns you configure in your Dripome dashboard.
- What it stores on your device: your Dripome sign-in session, kept in Chrome's extension storage so you stay signed in between browser sessions. This data stays on your device and is removed when you sign out or uninstall the extension.
- What it accesses: LinkedIn pages, only to perform the campaign actions you scheduled (connection requests, messages, profile views) and to detect replies to your campaigns. It does not read or collect your browsing history, and it does not access any site other than LinkedIn and Dripome.
- What it transmits: action results (for example, that a connection request was sent), reply detection events for your campaigns, and a periodic status signal so your dashboard can show whether the extension is connected. All of this goes only to Dripome's own servers.
- Failure diagnostics: if a campaign action fails, the extension sends a diagnostic snapshot of the affected LinkedIn page (the page URL and the state of visible controls, such as whether a send button was present) to Dripome so we can diagnose and fix the failure. Diagnostics are used only for troubleshooting, are never used for any other purpose, and are deleted within 90 days.
- What it does not do: the extension does not collect data unrelated to its single purpose, does not sell or transfer your data to third parties, does not use your data to determine creditworthiness or for lending, and does not use your data for advertising.
- Limited Use commitment: Dripome's use of information received from the Chrome extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Extension data is used only to provide and improve the extension's single purpose described above.
- If our data handling practices for the extension change, we will disclose the change to you proactively before it takes effect, in addition to updating this policy.
How we use your information
- To operate the service: executing your campaign steps, enforcing daily limits, detecting replies, and showing you dashboards.
- To communicate with you about your account, service changes, and support requests.
- To improve reliability and safety of the product, using aggregated, de-identified usage patterns.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not send messages from your LinkedIn account beyond the campaign actions you explicitly configure.
- We do not share your prospect data with other customers or third parties, except processors listed below.
Service providers
- We rely on a small set of processors to run Dripome: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), and Stripe (payments). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.
Data retention & deletion
- We retain your data while your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@dripome.com, and we will complete deletion within 30 days.
- Extension-reported data (action results, detected replies, connection status) is retained on the same terms as the rest of your account data. Failure diagnostics are deleted within 90 days. Data the extension stores on your device is removed when you sign out or uninstall the extension.
- You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time: campaign and prospect data directly in your dashboard, and anything else by emailing support@dripome.com.
Security
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and credential-gated. Row-level security policies isolate each customer's data in the database.
Contact
- For any privacy question or request, email support@dripome.com. If this policy changes materially, we will notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
