Terms of Service

Dripome provides tools for planning, executing, and monitoring LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including sequencing, scheduling, safety limits, and reply detection. Features may evolve over time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and be at least 18 years old to use the service.

You agree to use Dripome only for lawful outreach to professional contacts. You may not use the service to send spam, harass recipients, misrepresent your identity, or violate any applicable law, including anti-spam and data-protection regulations in your jurisdiction.

Dripome automates actions on your LinkedIn account at your direction. Automation may be restricted by LinkedIn's terms of service, and using automation tools carries inherent account risk. Dripome provides pacing controls and safety limits, but you use the service at your own risk and are responsible for how it is applied to your accounts.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain ownership of the campaign and prospect data you bring to Dripome. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dripome is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or account access on third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to Dripome in the three months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
